Johan Galvan serves as the Recreation Coordinator for the City of Monrovia, overseeing city-sponsored contract classes and facilitating instructor recruitment while managing operations for the Passport office. Experience includes roles as Recreation Specialist, responsible for youth program organization at the same city, and various positions at the Student Recreation Center at California State University, Northridge, including Boxing Supervisor, Building Manager, and Fitness Assistant, where responsibilities ranged from staff management to facility oversight and member assistance. Johan previously held the title of Recreation Lead at the City of San Gabriel Parks and Recreation Department, focusing on safety enforcement and activity promotion for children. Johan holds a degree in Recreation and Tourism Management from California State University, Northridge.
