Lauren Pagliotti is a dedicated recreation professional with extensive experience in program coordination and staff management within municipal parks and recreation departments. Currently serving as a Recreation Coordinator for the City of Monrovia since May 2022, Lauren previously held the position of Parks and Recreation Coordinator at the City of Fullerton from May 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included planning and supervising various community programs and managing a team of part-time staff. Prior roles included Program Coordinator for the City of Claremont, focusing on youth programs and event facilitation, and Activity Leader II at the City of Arcadia, supervising recreational activities. Lauren's career commenced as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor, and later transitioned into managerial roles at San Francisco State University, overseeing aquatics staff and program safety. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from San Francisco State University and two Associate of Science degrees from Pasadena City College in Administration of Justice and Social and Behavioral Science.
