Teresa Santilena possesses extensive experience in planning and management within municipal environments. Currently serving as an Associate Planner and previously as a Management Analyst in Environmental Services for the City of Monrovia since May 2013, Teresa has also worked as a Public Works Management Analyst for the City of Temple City from May 2012 to May 2013. Earlier professional roles include Branch Manager and Senior Stock Broker at Scottrade, where Teresa progressed through various positions from 2003 to 2010. Academically, Teresa holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from UC Irvine and a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Theater from Occidental College.
