Gina Russo

Gina Russo, currently an Assistant Human Resources Director at the City of Monterey, has been with the company since July 2019. Prior to their current role, Gina held positions as Deputy Human Resources Manager, Employee Relations Manager, Human Resources Analyst, and Human Resources Specialist at the City of Monterey from December 2006 to June 2019. Gina completed their BA in English at UC Santa Barbara in 2002 and later earned their Masters in Public Administration from Golden Gate University in 2011.
