John Alexiou

John Alexiou has had a diverse career in public safety, starting as a Reserve Firefighter in Morro Bay and eventually becoming a Fire Captain in the City of Monterey. John also served as the Marine Safety Chief in Santa Cruz and worked as a Lead Instructor & Consultant for Rescue Watercraft for Law Enforcement at California State Parks. In addition, John has experience as a Deputy Harbormaster in San Mateo County and as a Public Safety Dispatcher for the California Highway Patrol. Currently, John is working as a Consultant / SME at NewtonX, GLG, and Expert Institute. John holds a Master's Degree in Emergency Services Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
