Comprising elected officials like the Mayor and Council Members, along with key administrative roles such as the Chief Building Official, City Clerk, and Housing Manager, the team coordinates city services, infrastructure management, code compliance, and housing initiatives to meet the needs of both residents and the substantial visitor population.
