Franck Ghislain

Franck Ghislain has extensive experience in project management within the infrastructure sector, particularly in the field of water utilities. At the Ville de Montréal from March 2022 to January 2024, Franck served as Chef de section for both Projets Majeurs and Bureau Projets Ouest, overseeing a portfolio focused on the planning, design, and implementation of major multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, including water treatment plants and pumping stations. Prior to this role, Franck worked at SNC-Lavalin from April 2008 to September 2015, progressing from Trainee in Engineering to Chargé de projets Principal, specializing in infrastructure for plants and reservoirs. Academically, Franck holds a Master of Engineering in sustainable development integration and a Master's degree in Construction Project Management, both from École de technologie supérieure.
