Vincent Decroix

Vincent Decroix has a strong background in IT project delivery and management. Vincent has held various senior roles and has experience in both the public and private sectors. Vincent has worked for Ville de Montréal as the Head of IT Delivery, where they were responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of IT programs and projects. Prior to that, they worked for CGI as the Director of Consulting Services. Vincent also has experience working in the financial industry, having held positions at BNP Paribas and National Bank of Canada. In these roles, they served as the Director of the Program Management Office and the IT Project Delivery Director, focusing on finance and risk. Vincent also has experience as a Senior Business Analyst and Software Developer. Vincent holds an Eng. and MBA degree, as well as a Professional Scrum Product Owner certification.

Vincent Decroix has a Baccalauréat français in Sciences - Spécialité Physique-Chimie from Collège Stanislas, which they obtained from 1985 to 1998. Vincent then pursued a B.Eng. in Computer Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal from 1998 to 2003. Vincent later completed an MBA in IT Management, Investment & Portfolio Management from HEC Montréal from 2008 to 2009. Vincent also participated in an exchange program at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, in 2009. Vincent holds additional certifications such as Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from Scrum.org, obtained in 2021, ITIL Foundation Level from ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level, obtained in 2009, and the Engineer certification from Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, obtained in 2007.
