Michelle Colvert

Michelle Colvert is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in recruitment and staffing. Currently serving as a Human Resources/Recruitment Specialist for the City of Moorhead since April 2019, Michelle manages the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, collaborating with hiring managers to devise effective strategies that align with the City's needs. Prior to this role, Michelle was a Talent Specialist at Creative Care for Reaching Independence from September 2006 to March 2019, where effective recruitment strategies were developed and implemented. Michelle's career began at Dakota Heartland Hospital as an HR/Education/Marketing Assistant, followed by roles at SCCI and Prairie St. John's, culminating in a promotion to Human Resources Generalist.
