Dawn Luhning is an experienced financial professional and public servant, currently serving as a City Councillor for Moose Jaw while owning and operating DLSolutions since 2012, where a strong focus on health and life insurance is maintained. Dawn's career in finance began with administrative roles and progressed through various advisory positions at reputable firms, culminating in the establishment of DLSolutions. In addition to financial services, notable achievements include fundraising over $1 million for the Moose Jaw Cultural Centre. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan and has demonstrated resilience following a breast cancer diagnosis in 2013.
