Brian Mohan

Brian Mohan has extensive experience in financial management and municipal governance, currently serving as the Assistant City Manager, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer for the City of Moreno Valley since July 2017. Prior to this role, Brian held various positions within the City of Rialto, including Accounting Supervisor and Senior Accountant, from September 2000 to December 2010. Additionally, Brian served as Accounting Manager at SBCERA from January 2011 to July 2017 and began a professional career as a Cost Accountant at La-Z-Boy Incorporated. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business & Public Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from California State University-San Bernardino.
