Angela Cline is an experienced public administration professional with a robust career in municipal management. Currently serving as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Morgantown since June 2017, Angela previously held positions as a Citizen Outreach Specialist and Volunteer Coordinator for the City of Lakewood from March 2011 to June 2017. Prior to that, Angela worked as a Senior Business Analyst for the City and County of Denver for a brief period in 2010 and as a Management Analyst for the City of Grand Junction from June 2006 to June 2010. Angela holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, both from The University of Kansas.
