Rich Meredith

Rich Meredith is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in transportation and traffic engineering. Currently serving as City Engineer for the City of Mountlake Terrace since November 2022, Rich previously held the position of Senior Transportation Engineer for the City of Redmond from October 2018 to September 2022. Prior to that, Rich was a Senior Project Engineer at HW Lochner and an Engineering and Design Manager for the City of Seattle's Signal and Traffic Operations. Rich's career began with a tenure as City Traffic Engineer for the City of Shoreline and earlier as Senior Traffic Engineer for the City of Seattle. Rich earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Seattle University, graduating in 1984.
