Russell Tedford, PE, is a Senior Staff Engineer at the City of Nashua, New Hampshire, since August 2024. Russell began their career as an Engineering Intern at the Billerica Department of Public Works from May 2014 to August 2017, assisting with road and utility construction projects and drafting as-built plans. Russell earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where studies took place from 2013 to 2017, and graduated from Billerica Memorial High School in 2013.
