Min-Hua Chen

Min-Hua Chen is a Senior Staff Engineer at Neuchips since June 2023, where deployment of OpenAI-compatible large language model services at Taiwan’s National Center for High-Performance Computing has been a key achievement, supporting various models on Neuchips’ n3000 AI accelerator. Previously, as a Technical Manager at MediaTek from December 2011 to May 2023, Min-Hua Chen led the Linux kernel mainline adoption for the smartphone product line, facilitating day-zero kernel upgrades and significantly reducing deployment times. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at MStar Semiconductor, focusing on video encoder and teletext driver maintenance, and freelance work developing a network monitoring system for a local operator in collaboration with IBM Taiwan. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from National Tsing Hua University, completed in 2008 and 2006 respectively.
