Francisco Parra is an experienced emergency services professional with over two decades in the field. Since April 2010, Francisco has served as the Chief of Emergency Services for the City of National City, demonstrating leadership and management skills in emergency response operations. Prior to this role, Francisco was the Director of Operations at Rural/Metro Corporation from 2000 to 2010, where responsibilities included overseeing operational strategies and ensuring effective emergency service delivery.
