Jonathan F. Mitchell

Jon Mitchell is currently serving as the Mayor for the City of New Bedford since January 2012. Prior to this role, Mitchell worked as an Assistant United States Attorney for the United States Department of Justice from January 2003 to June 2011. Mitchell holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. from Harvard University. Jon graduated from Dartmouth High School in 1987.
