Carl J. Gandza

Carl J. Gandza is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and traffic operations, currently serving as the Traffic Operations Manager and Engineering Project Manager for the City of New Britain since July 2014. In addition to these roles, Carl has been the President of ITS-Connecticut since September 2019. Prior to these positions, Carl held the role of Project Manager at Urban Engineers from July 2012 to July 2014 and served as a Senior Civil Engineer at Lochner between January 2010 and July 2012. Carl’s career began at URS Corporation, where Carl worked as a Senior Transportation Designer from July 1998 until January 2010.
