Elyse Morgan

Elyse Morgan serves as the Traffic Operations Center Manager at Illinois Tollway, a position held since November 2011. Previously, Elyse worked as a Telecommunicator Specialist with the Illinois State Police from March 2007 to October 2011. Elyse Morgan earned a degree from Washington University in St. Louis, completing studies between 1997 and 2001.
