Leroy Harris

LeRoy Harris is an experienced professional who has held various roles in different industries. Currently serving as the Programming & Technology Services Librarian at City of New Ulm/New Ulm Public Utilities, LeRoy oversees adult programming and grant funding applications. Prior to this, LeRoy held positions such as Branch Manager at Apache County Library District, Head of Technical Services, and Assistant Librarian. LeRoy has also worked in engineering and education roles, showcasing a diverse skill set. With a Master of Arts in Library and Information Science from University of Arizona, LeRoy is well-equipped to excel in the library and information field.
