Lynn Roxburgh has over 17 years of progressive experience in urban planning, primarily with the City of New Westminster. Currently serving as the Manager of Housing and Land Use Planning since July 2011, Lynn has held various roles including Supervisor of Land Use Policy Planning, Acting Supervisor of Land Use Policy Planning and Climate Action, Senior Planner, Planner, and Planning Analyst. Prior experience with the city includes positions as Planning Assistant and Planning Clerk from June 2006 to August 2009. Lynn holds a Master of Planning from Dalhousie University, an Applied Urban and Rural Planning Diploma from Langara College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Victoria.
