Michelle Taylor

Michelle Taylor is an experienced curator with a strong background in developing and coordinating exhibitions across various cultural institutions, including the City of New Westminster and the City of Delta. Currently serving as Curator for the New Westminster Museum, Michelle Taylor focuses on community engagement, artefact collection management, and budget oversight. In addition to curatorial roles, Michelle Taylor contributes as an Advisory Member for the IBPOC Museum Professionals Network and has held various positions such as Program Coordinator - Heritage, Curatorial Consultant, and Exhibit & Program Coordinator at multiple organizations, including the Vancouver Chinatown Foundation and the Britannia Mine Museum. Michelle Taylor holds a Master of Museum Studies from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in History from Simon Fraser University, along with a Certificate in Liberal Arts.
