Jesus Coombs

Jesus Coombs serves as the Chief Architect and Director of Architectural Design & ADA Compliance at the Department of Citywide Administrative Services since May 2017. In this role, accountability includes overseeing structure, design, and leadership for a multidisciplinary team comprising mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers. Jesus Coombs manages the complete project lifecycle for over 70 major projects annually, with budgets ranging from $1 million to $200 million. Previously, Jesus Coombs held the position of Architect and Deputy Director of Construction Services for the City of New York. Academic credentials encompass a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Planning and Management from City Tech, CUNY, along with a diploma in Building/Construction and Project Management from New York University.
