Robert Szczesniak

Robert Szczesniak is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in firefighting and financial analysis. Currently serving as Fire Captain and Firefighter for the City of Newark since July 2017, Robert previously held the position of Firefighter/EMT in Kearny from October 2016 to July 2017. Prior to the firefighting career, Robert dedicated nearly nine years to Prudential Financial, advancing through roles from Sr. Treasury Associate to Associate Manager, Financial Analyst, where responsibilities included financial modeling, team management, and competitive analysis. Robert's foundational education in Finance was completed at Rider University, earning a bachelor's degree in 2007.
