Dennis Morel Jr.

Dennis Morel Jr. is an experienced building inspector and construction superintendent with a strong background in overseeing large-scale construction projects. Since April 2021, Dennis has served as a Building Inspector and ADA/MAAB Coordinator for the City of Newburyport. Prior to this role, Dennis held various superintendent positions at G&R Construction Inc., managing projects such as the renovation of the Norwood Light Department, exterior improvements at Northern Essex Community College, and the construction of several public safety buildings, including fire stations and a general office for the Steamship Authority. Dennis began professional experience as a Carpenter Foreman and later as an Assistant Construction Superintendent. Dennis holds a High School Diploma from Wilmington High School and has furthered education at Wentworth Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2006.
