Ethan Manning

Ethan Manning started their work experience in 2006 as an Analyst at Bain Capital, where they worked until 2011. Ethan then joined the City of Newburyport as Finance Director/City Auditor in October 2011, where they are currently working.

Ethan Manning attended Bentley University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance. In addition to their degree, Ethan has obtained certifications including a Certified Governmental Accountant and Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO) from the Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General.
