Cynthia Cowell

Cynthia Cowell has extensive experience in library services, starting in 1998 as the Director of Library Services at Moreno Valley Public Library. Cynthia later moved on to become the Director of Library Services at the City of Newport Beach in 2008. Cynthia held this role for an undisclosed amount of time.

Cynthia Cowell completed their Bachelor's Degree in English and Journalism at the University of North Texas from 1972 to 1973. Cynthia then pursued a Master's Degree in Library Science at Texas Woman's University, which they completed from 1975 to 1979.
