Kelly Pittman

Kelly Pittman, MPA, CPPB, NIGP-CPP is an accomplished financial services professional currently serving as the Financial Services Administrator and previously as a Senior Buyer for the City of Newport News since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Buyer and Purchasing Associate in the City of Suffolk's Finance-Purchasing Division, as well as an Office Assistant I in the City's Public Works Fleet Management Division. Kelly began a career in the automotive industry as the Director of First Impression at Hall Automotive and completed a marketing internship with the City of Suffolk Department of Tourism. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Strome College of Business.
