Shanti Mullen is an accomplished audit and financial professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Audit for the City of Newport News since July 2022, Shanti Mullen provides strategic direction to ensure financial and operational integrity while minimizing risks associated with fraud and resource abuse.
