Rebecca Likiardopoulos has extensive experience in municipal management and economic development. Currently serving as the Assistant City Manager for Economic Development and Director of Administrative Services in Newton, Kansas, Rebecca focuses on downtown revitalization and historic preservation. Prior roles include small business ownership at Zoe Center, LLC, and management assistance for the City of Derby, where responsibilities encompassed budget oversight and supporting municipal operations. Rebecca's experience extends to developmental and marketing leadership at Kansas Aviation Museum and roles in various capacities at Wichita State University, where significant contributions were made to regional planning and environmental finance initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master's in Public Administration, both from Wichita State University, complemented by a Bachelor's in Liberal Arts from Thomas Aquinas College.
