Kira Dolch

Kira Dolch is a seasoned professional in urban planning and development, currently serving as the General Manager of Planning, Building, and Development for the City of Niagara Falls since January 2022. Prior to this role, Kira Dolch held various positions at the Town of Fort Erie from June 2003 to January 2022, including Director of Planning, Building and Development, Associate Director, Manager of Development Approvals, and Senior Development Planner. Earlier in Kira Dolch's career, experience includes serving as an Urban Planner at BLS Planning Associates from March 1999 to June 2003 and as a Planner for the Town of Niagara on the Lake from March 1998 to March 1999.
