Piper Mckinnon is currently serving as the Manager of GIS Services at the City of Niagara Falls since August 2017. Prior to this role, Piper worked as a GIS Analyst at the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority from July 2008 to February 2017. With a background in web development and GIS, Piper also served as a Web Developer/ GIS Technician at Weather Innovations from August 2006 to July 2008. Piper holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Geographic Information Systems from Sir Sandford Fleming College, completed in 2006, and obtained a B.A.A in Media Arts from Ryerson University in 1997.
