Angela Barnes

Angela Barnes has extensive experience in financial aid and billing coordination, currently serving as the EMS Billing Coordinator for the City of Noblesville since October 2016. Prior to this role, Angela held various positions at ITT Technical Institute from June 2011 to September 2016, including Financial Aid Specialist, Quality Specialist, and Financial Aid Coordinator for multiple teams. Angela began their career in financial aid at ITT Technical Institute from March 2007 to January 2011 and also worked as an Adjustment Specialist at ISM for Education Loans from April 2006 to March 2007. Angela's early career included a position as a Risk Management Specialist at Nelent, Inc / EFS Services from September 1999 to April 2006. Angela is an alumnus of Indiana University Kokomo.
