Clifford Blackwell

Clifford Blackwell has a diverse background in operations management and security, currently serving as Operations Manager at Andy Frain Services since December 2012. Additionally, Clifford has been a Captain in the Reserve Police Department for the City of Noblesville since August 1981, overseeing patrols and conducting training for reserve academies. Prior experience includes the role of Chief of Security at Riverview Hospital from January 2000 to January 2011, where responsibility included ensuring safety for patients, visitors, and employees. Clifford's career also includes a tenure with the Federal Government as part of the Department of Defense USAFAC from February 1980 to August 2005, focusing on employee training and establishing Learning Centers. Clifford holds educational credentials from Ivy Tech Community College and Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
