Cynthia Dukette-Rodriguez

Cynthia Dukette-Rodriguez has extensive law enforcement experience, currently holding the position of Administrative Lieutenant in the Support Division of the City of Noblesville since February 1990. With over 24 years at the Noblesville Police Department, Cynthia has served in various roles including Patrol Division, Criminal Investigation Division, School Resource Officer, and Polygraph Examiner. Prior military service includes a retiree status as a Master Sergeant from the U.S. Army and service as a Seaman in the U.S. Navy. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Concordia University, completion of the Police Executive Leadership Academy, and specialized training in polygraph examinations.
