Kirk Staley began their work experience in 1996 as a Park Manager for the Town of Pendleton. In 1997, they joined the Indiana National Guard as a Staff Sergeant and served until 2007. In 1999, they started working for the City of Noblesville Utilities as a Chief Operator, holding this position until the present.
Kirk Staley holds a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences, which they obtained from Ball State University from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including an OSHA 30 Hour certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in June 2015, and a Wastewater Operator Class IV certification from the Indiana Department of Environmental Management in June 2005.
