Isaiah Mitchell

Isaiah Mitchell is a skilled professional with experience in social services and business management. Currently serving as a Benefits Specialist II at the City of Norfolk, VA since May 2019, Isaiah supports community members through case management and eligibility determination. As the Chief Executive Officer of Life of Freedom LLC since July 2018, Isaiah leads an organization that provides community-based assistance and services. Previously, Isaiah excelled as a Senior Advocacy Coordinator at Capital One from December 2015 to April 2017, where performance ranked in the top 5% in managing consumer credit accounts and resolving customer issues while adhering to Federal policies. Isaiah holds an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Regent University, obtained between 2018 and 2020.
