Kathryn Kralovic Mba

Kathryn Kralovic, MBA, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Kathryn began their career as a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Inn Express at Kent State University in 2012. From there, they worked as a Marketing Intern at the Northeast Ohio Human Resource Planning Society in 2013. Afterwards, they gained experience as a Front Office Assistant at SHEELY'S FURNITURE & APPLIANCE CO., INC. from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, Kathryn joined ONE Health Ohio as an ACA/Community Outreach Coordinator before moving on to JACK Entertainment, where they held multiple roles. Kathryn started as a Human Resources Generalist from 2016 to 2018, before transitioning to the role of Employee Benefits Specialist from 2018 to 2019. Since 2019, Kathryn has been employed as an Employee Benefits Specialist at Greater Cleveland RTA.

Kathryn Kralovic, MBA, SHRM-CP, completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Leadership and Administration, General from Malone University in 2019. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Kent State University, graduating in 2015. In June 2020, Kathryn obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
