Margaret-Anne Hilliard

Margaret-Anne Hilliard serves as the Design/Construction Senior Project Manager for the City of Norfolk, VA, starting in July 2023. Prior to this role, Margaret-Anne held the position of Senior Environmental Scientist at Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. (WSSI), a Davey Tree Company, since March 2018. From March 2007 to February 2018, Margaret-Anne worked as Capital Project Manager for Henrico County. Margaret-Anne obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from George Mason University's Costello College of Business between 1984 and 1987.
