Noell Saunders

Noell Saunders, MPA, currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Mayor of Norfolk, VA, since July 2022. With a strong background in communications and public relations, Noell has previous experience as the Assistant Director of the Annual Fund and Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at Old Dominion University from November 2016 to July 2022. Earlier career highlights include roles as a Journalist at WDBJ TV Inc. and WGXA, as well as Digital Production at WPIX-TV. Noell Saunders holds a Master of Public Administration from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting from Montclair State University. Additionally, Noell is a member of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi since May 2021.
