Rebecca Frasher

Rebecca Frasher is an experienced programming and data analyst, currently serving as a Programmer/Analyst IV at the City of Norfolk, VA since February 2017, specializing in open data analysis within the applications development team. Prior to this role, Rebecca held positions as a GIS Tech II at ADS, Inc from October 2014 to February 2017 and as a Data Integration Specialist at Michael Baker International from September 1999 to October 2014. Educated at Old Dominion University, Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography and Political Science from 1996 to 1999 and previously attended George Mason University from 1994 to 1996.
