Walter Weeks

Walter Weeks is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience, currently serving at the City of Norfolk, VA, since January 2018. Prior to this role, Walter held the position of Executive Vice President and Civil Engineer at WPL from March 2002 to January 2018.
