Frank Lapsley

Frank Lapsley serves as the Director of Venues & Event Operations for the City of North Charleston since June 2023. Prior to this role, Frank was the General Manager at the North Charleston Coliseum/PAC/Charleston Area Convention Center from November 2015 to May 2024 and held the same title at Cabarrus Arena from March 2005 to November 2015. Frank's experience also includes positions as Director of Operations at Arena at HarborYard from 2003 to 2005 and Vice President/General Manager at TECO Arena from 1998 to 2003. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is a graduate of Dennis Yarmouth Regional High School.
