Jeffrey Elenbaas

Jeffrey Elenbaas is an experienced investigator currently working with the City of North Little Rock since August 2010. In addition to this role, Jeffrey co-founded CR Strategies in September 2021. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Bethel University's College of Professional Studies, earned between August 2012 and February 2014, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Aquinas College - Grand Rapids, completed from August 2004 to June 2008.
