Jenifer Holland

Jenifer Holland has over 16 years of experience in the hospitality and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Box Office Representative at the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau since September 2007, Jenifer began as a part-time parking cashier before transitioning to Shop the Rock. Additionally, Jenifer has held several roles with the City of North Little Rock since June 2013, including Senior Office Assistant and Office Assistant III, further demonstrating a strong commitment to visitor information and customer service.
