Brian Foote

Brian Foote is the Director of Arts and Culture at the City of Northampton, overseeing the coordination and direction of the Arts Council. Brian is also the former Chief Technology Officer at Unite Footwear, a brand intersection of culture, art, and outfitting in Western New England. Foote holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies/L.A.I.S. from Bard College.
