Sara Hoffman

Sara Hoffman currently serves as the Deputy City Clerk and Executive Administrative Assistant for the City of Northfield since July 2021, previously holding a temporary role as Administrative Assistant and Deputy City Clerk. Prior to this, Sara worked at Syngenta from October 2007 to October 2019 as a Research Associate, Seed Production Agronomist, and Site Stewardship Lead, where responsibilities included the creation and management of departmental protocols and the monitoring of key performance indicators. Sara's professional journey began at Hoffman Services from June 1999 to October 2007, gaining experience in small business management and customer service. Sara holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas Permian Basin and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Carleton College.
