Katie Strickland

Katie Strickland has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in civil service and customer relations. Currently serving in a civil service role for the City of Northport since May 2021, Katie previously worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Winn-Dixie from February 2017 to May 2021 and held the position of General Manager at Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. from June 2001 until November 2016. Academic achievements include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (2020-2022), a Bachelor of Business Administration from Broadview College (2015-2017), and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Weber State University.
