Carla Carvalho-DeGraff currently serves as the Director of Finance for the City of Novato since February 2022 and has previously held the role of Deputy Director of Finance. In addition, Carla actively participates as the Treasurer for Soroptimist International of San Francisco since July 2023 in a volunteer capacity. From June 2007 to February 2022, Carla was with the Presidio Trust, where positions included CFO, Deputy CFO, and Controller. Prior experience includes a role with the US Army Corps of Engineers as part of the South Pacific Division. Carla holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Public Administration from Golden Gate University.
