Tim O' Connor

Tim O'Connor currently serves as Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Novato since February 2023. In addition, O'Connor has been the Director of Finance and Business Services at the University of California, Berkeley since March 2017, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, budget development, and acting as the primary budget coordinator for the Chancellors Division. Previously, O'Connor held various management positions at UC Berkeley, including Administrative Manager for Environment, Health & Safety and Business & Financial Services Manager/Procurement Supervisor. O'Connor's banking experience includes roles as Vice President/Branch Manager at Exchange Bank and Branch Manager at JP Morgan Chase and Wells Fargo Bank. O'Connor obtained a BA in Business & Marketing from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2002.
